You hereby grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to access, copy, display, and review any such content (and allow others to do any of the foregoing) for the purpose only of assessing the publication potential of such content. By submitting a manuscript to us via our submissions portal, you give us your permission to contact you using the contact details you provided at the time you registered with us regarding the manuscript (whether we decide to reject the submission, retain it on file or further our interest in it with you). You acknowledge and agree that unless you remove your manuscript from our submissions portal (which you may do at any time by following the onscreen instructions to do so) we may (but are not obliged to) retain a copy of any manuscript you submit to us for as long as we deem reasonably necessary.
We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to any site (including via our manuscript submissions portal) constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any content posted by you or any other user of any site.
We have the right to remove any posting you make on any site if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
The views expressed by other users on any site do not represent our views or values.
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our sites. You should use your own virus protection software.
